More About Phil

Phil entered the practice of law in Carrollton in 1985 and began practicing with the Tisinger Vance firm in 1990. Phil's practice centers on residential real estate. He represents a variety of lenders, builders, investors, buyers, and sellers.

Phil is a past President of the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association and a past Chair of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia.

Phil is heavily involved in community and professional organizations. He served as the Chair of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia in 2020-2021. He is Past President of the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association where he currently serves on the Advisory Board. Additionally, he is Past President of the Carroll County Sertoma Club, the Villa Rica Sertoma Club, and Carrollton Mainstreet. Phil and his wife, LaJuana, have two adult children and twin grandsons.
