Phil Wilkins is a partner at Tisinger Vance, P.C.. Mr. Wilkins practices in the area of residential real estate, representing builders, homebuyers, homeowners and lenders in all phases of residential real estate. He began his practice in Carrollton in 1985 and moved to the Tisinger firm in 1990 where he heads up the residential real estate department, and it’s marketing. He is an active member of the Carrollton and Villa Rica community.
