NEW PARKING DECK: We apologize for any inconvenience due to the construction of the amphitheatre and green space around our offices. Please park in the upper levels of the new parking deck at the intersection of Newnan Street and Tanner Street. Please note that the ground level of the parking deck is usually full, and it is not connected to the upper levels of the parking deck. If the ground level of the parking deck is full, you will need to return to the Newnan Street / Tanner Street intersection to enter the upper levels of the parking deck. To return to this intersection, turn left when you exit the parking deck. At the end of John Wesley Place, turn right onto Mill Street. Turn right onto Bradley Street. At the square, turn right onto Newnan Street. Take the second right onto Tanner Street and enter the parking deck.

From North (Bremen/Rome)

  • Take US Highway 27 South into Carrollton. (approximately 12 miles from I-20 overpass)
  • Turn left onto Alabama Street. (The city cemetery will be on your right.) You will enter the Downtown area (Adamson Square)
  • Turn right JUST before the courthouse onto Tanner Street to access the upper levels of the parking deck.
  • From the parking deck, take the elevator or stairs to the ground floor. Then go up the stairs leading away from the courthouse. These stairs will exit onto John Wesley Place / Wagon Yard Plaza.
  • The Tisinger Vance office building is on the west side of the parking deck. It is a cream-colored stucco building with dark blue awnings. The entrance is in the center of the building, through the large glass door, above the courtyard.

From East (Douglasville/Atlanta)

  • Take Interstate 20 west to Exit 24. Villa Rica/Carrollton Highway 61. Turn left. (south)
  • Approximately 8 miles from Interstate 20 Highway 61 becomes Highway 166 (West). Continue straight.
  • Upon entering Carrollton, continue straight on Highway 166 West (Business route) (DO NOT TURN left onto Highway 166 Bypass.) This road becomes Bankhead Highway.
  • Continue straight on Bankhead Highway through traffic lights at these major intersections:
    • First Tuesday Mall
    • Almon Road
    • Postal Way/Martin Road
    • Cedar Street
    • Newnan Road (Bankhead Highway now becomes Newnan Street)
    • North and South White Streets
    • Dixie Street (At this intersection you will see the Courthouse on your left.)
  • Take the FIRST left past the courthouse onto Tanner Street to access the upper levels of the parking deck.
  • From the parking deck, take the elevator or stairs to the ground floor. Then go up the stairs leading away from the courthouse. These stairs will exit onto John Wesley Place / Wagon Yard Plaza.

From Southeast (Newnan)

  • Take Highway 16 (Alternate Hwy 27) into Carrollton. Drive time is approximately 30 minutes.
  • You will pass the West Georgia Technical College campus on your left and the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department on your right. Continue straight through this intersection.
  • At the 2nd traffic light, turn left onto Newnan Street.
  • After turning, at the second light, you will see the courthouse on your left.
  • Take the FIRST left past the courthouse onto Tanner Street to access the upper levels of the parking deck.
  • From the parking deck, take the elevator or stairs to the ground floor. Then go up the stairs leading away from the courthouse. These stairs will exit onto John Wesley Place / Wagon Yard Plaza.

From West (Anniston/Birmingham)

  • Take Interstate 20 east to Exit 11-Bremen. Turn right onto Highway 27 south. Travel time is approximately 15 minutes from the I-20 exit ramp.
  • Turn left onto Alabama Street. (The city cemetery will be on your right.) You will enter the Downtown area (Adamson Square).
  • Turn right JUST before the courthouse onto Tanner Street to access the upper levels of the parking deck.
  • From the parking deck, take the elevator or stairs to the ground floor. Then go up the stairs leading away from the courthouse. These stairs will exit onto John Wesley Place / Wagon Yard Plaza.

From South (Lagrange)

  • Take Highway 27 North from LaGrange. Continue approximately 45 miles to the traffic light at the Crossroads Shopping Center. (Home Depot/Kroger)
  • Continue on Highway 27 north through 5 traffic lights. After the 5th light, exit onto South Street (Exit Only in the right lane). Turn Right on South Street.
  • Approximately 1 block after turning, the road turns left 90 degrees and continues over the railroad tracks.
  • Continue through the stop sign at City Hall to the traffic light at Adamson Square. At the light, turn right onto Newnan Street.
  • Take the SECOND right onto Tanner Street to access the upper levels of the parking deck.
  • From the parking deck, take the elevator or stairs to the ground floor. Then go up the stairs leading away from the courthouse. These stairs will exit onto John Wesley Place / Wagon Yard Plaza.
