  • Represented start-up software developer in completing private placement stock offering.
  • Prepared private placement documents and notices in connection with private securities offerings, raising over $20 million in the last three and one-half years
  • Represented lenders and borrowers in construction and permanent loan closings for development of shopping centers and outparcels.
  • Represented lender in workout of multi-million dollar loan with full recovery involving multiple tracts of land, legal malpractice litigation and title insurance issues.
  • Closing of multi-million dollar loan involving multiple residential and commercial tracts of land, creditors and bankruptcy issues.
  • Closing of multi-million dollar acquisition loan of office park in Fulton County.
  • Represented borrowers and authorities in bond financings, which exceed $300 million in the aggregate.
  • Represented borrower in financing transactions involving revolving credit lines and private placements for $700 million.
  • Closed commercial loans involving more than $250 million in the aggregate.
